Need a venue for your next seminar or presentation then hire our facilities at AICE Gold Coast. Our Clinical Surgeries are set up as operational rooms with all of the features of your modern practice. In combination with our lecture theatre we can provide services and facilities that suit all of your needs. With flexible hiring times, including day or evening programs, seven days a week we can cater to your needs. Our expert team can take the worry out of managing your event, giving you more time to spend with clients and colleagues.

Making a Booking

Contact our team on 07 5539 7402 to discuss your event details and make a booking. Hirers must submit a program outline for evaluation and approval by the AICE Dental Education Leaders.

Catering

Catering can be arranged by AICE to match your menu requirements and budget. Sample menus and costs are available and our events team will coordinate reception and refreshments for your guests on the day of the program.

Clinical Programs

Our staff will coordinate your clinical needs and provide on-site assistance during procedures. All dentists performing procedures on patients at the AICE surgeries must be registered to practice dentistry in Australia and provide evidence of being appropriately insured.
